Refund Policy
Video packs, failed-generation credits, billing questions and refund requests for Bulin 47 AI Maker.
Purchases and payment
Video packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Credits are valid for 90 days from purchase. Check the selected pack, amount and currency before confirming payment. If checkout is unavailable, no payment can be taken through that checkout.
Before you pay
Selecting a photo or opening the package selector does not charge a payment method. Payment requires confirmation through checkout. Starting a generation with existing credits uses the stated number of credits.
Failed generations
When a generation is recorded as failed, its generation credits are returned. A credit return is not a cash refund. If a task appears stuck or a payment has no matching credits, contact support with the order or task reference. Do not repeatedly pay for the same order.
Billing errors and refund requests
For a duplicate charge, mistaken amount or other billing issue, contact support@bulin47aimaker.org with the date, amount, currency and receipt reference. We review the transaction and, where a refund is due, arrange it through the original payment provider. Processing and bank posting times vary.
Unused credits and completed videos
Contact support before using credits if you want us to review cancellation or a refund request. Include the order reference and reason. A completed video is not guaranteed to match every visual detail, and a preference about the result does not automatically create a refund entitlement. Applicable consumer rights still apply.
Your legal rights
This policy does not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the rules applicable to your purchase. Report an unauthorized transaction promptly to your payment provider as well as to support.
