Overview
This policy explains how Bulin 47 AI Maker at bulin47aimaker.org handles information when you use the website, sign in, place an order or create a video. Last updated: October 19, 2026.
Photos you select
Selecting a photo creates a local browser thumbnail and does not by itself upload the photo. Continuing to checkout or generation can save your photo, email and generation identifier in this browser’s IndexedDB so the workflow can resume after payment. Successful generation removes that draft. Drafts older than 24 hours are not resumed automatically; this is not an automatic deletion deadline. Clear this site’s browser data to remove stored drafts.
Accounts, checkout and generation
Signing in may collect your email, name, profile image, account identifier and session information through Google or email authentication. Session cookies keep you signed in. Guest checkout requests an email for video delivery and does not require an account. When you continue, the workflow sends the required photo and email to our backend. Stripe handles payment details, and fal processes the portrait and reference video. Payment availability and the total are shown before checkout.
Website requests and service providers
Website requests disclose connection information such as IP address, browser details and requested URLs to the hosting or network provider. Google provides account sign-in, analytics and any externally requested Google Fonts. Stripe processes checkout, fal processes generation inputs, and Cloudflare handles email delivery and support forwarding. These providers may process data outside your country under their own policies. Reference images and videos are separate from your selected photo.
Cookies, analytics and browser storage
Google Analytics 4 measures page visits and website use. It may use cookies and receive device, browser, page, referral and interaction information. Authentication uses session cookies, and the checkout workflow uses IndexedDB as described above. We do not intentionally send your photo, email address or private video URL as analytics event parameters. You can manage or block cookies and clear site data through your browser; doing so may sign you out or remove an unfinished checkout draft. No session-replay feature is configured.
Processing, retention and security
The delivery queue encrypts the photo and delivery email while they wait for processing. Its worker clears that payload after an accepted delivery notification or expiry of an unpaid draft after 24 hours. This does not mean every copy is deleted within 24 hours: task, account, order and credit records can remain, and provider-held copies follow provider rules. Generated links may expire. Configuration secrets are encrypted in the local database. Contact support about deletion of records we control; do not assume that clearing your browser removes server or provider records.
Your choices
Use your own photo or a photo of an adult who agreed to appear. The service is intended for adults aged 18 or older. Avoid uploading sensitive images. You can sign out, clear browser site data and contact support to request access, correction or deletion of data we control. We assess requests against technical records and applicable obligations.
AI processing and original audio
The video workflow retains the reference video’s existing audio and does not use a separate audio-generation service. AI processing may change visual details, and exact identity or lip-sync is not guaranteed. Third-party AI providers handle inputs under their own policies; we do not promise zero retention or make blanket claims about their training practices.
